- How do I buy tickets?
- Choose an event, select your tickets, complete checkout, and receive your tickets by email. You can also access them from your account when logged in.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refund rules are set by the event organizer and displayed before purchase. If you are eligible, contact the organizer or our support with your order reference.
- I did not receive my tickets—what should I do?
- Check your spam folder first, then verify the email used at checkout. If they are still missing, contact support with your order number.
- How do I publish an event?
- Create an organizer account, use the event creation flow to add details and tickets, then publish when you are ready. You can save drafts along the way.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Payments are processed through certified payment partners. Votix does not store full card numbers on its servers.
